Pastoral Consultant
A new ministry has been started through Answer Publications called "Baptist Pastoral Consultant Ministry". Dr. James Bachman has a real heart for pastors and churches who want to grow in numbers and effectiveness.
With over 50 years of successful ministry experience, Dr. Bachman has understanding and wise biblical counsel for each individual pastor and church. He listens carefully to gain insight, then prayerfully researches the best solutions.
His counseling is a free and confidential service he feels God has called him to fulfill. Several pastors have invited him to conduct various two-to-three day conferences to help their congregation.
Where distance is a problem, Dr. Bachman can consult by Skype.
